ICNA is pleased to announce that Special Agent Chris Campion and Officer Rebecca Inman have been confirmed as presenters for the 2012 Conference and Training Seminar in Lombard, IL. S.A. Campion and Officer Inman were involved in the negotiations of a 2001 standoff inside a campground in South Lake Tahoe, CA. Their presentation summary is below.
In addition to S.A. Campion and Officer Inman, the conference line-up boasts presentations from retired FBI Chief Negotiator and author or the book, "Stalling For Time", Gary Noesner, last years feature presenter, Gary McDougall speaking on "Negotiating a True Hosatge Situation", and Detective Mark Heffelfinger and Sgt.
