"Campground by the Lake"
In September, 2001, South Lake Tahoe Police and FBI agents responded to a hostage/barricade situation at a campground near the shores of Lake Tahoe. Two kidnapping suspects barricaded in a tent hold a 9 year old girl hostage for hours as SWAT and Negotiators work for a peaceful resolution. Follow the case as it unfolds in this scenic resort town. Put yourself in the Negotiators' shoes as information comes in and assess what it means as the standoff twists and turns toward resolution.
